Waiting to adopt AI is the most expensive mistake you'll make this decade.
And I say that as someone who made it.
I sat on an AI capability telling myself I was being responsible. Waiting for perfect security. Waiting for the risks to settle. Waiting for someone else to go first.
It felt like caution. It was actually paralysis wearing a suit.
So I stopped hiding behind the risk. I put my own agents to work and built a full security stack in three days.
Three days. Not a three-month review. Not a committee. Not a pilot of a pilot.
Here's the part nobody says out loud: while you're running your evaluation period, the builder down the street already shipped, already learned, already moved on to version three.
Your caution isn't protecting you. It's a head start you're handing to your competition.
"We're being careful" is a fine thing to say right up until it's the reason your company no longer exists.
