There you have it! Nvidia is putting $3 billion into SoftBank's energy arm... to build a data center in Ohio... to run OpenAI... which buys its chips from Nvidia.
Round and round it goes.
Everybody is investing in everybody. Nvidia funds the landlord. The landlord builds the house. The house runs OpenAI. OpenAI pays Nvidia.
And somewhere in the middle: another ~$100 billion in "credit support" and ~$70 billion in phantom liabilities nobody wants on the balance sheet.
It's Monopoly. Except the money is real and the board never ends.
So of course the pundits are screaming "BUBBLE."
Here's what they keep missing.
While Wall Street plays musical chairs with zeros, some of us are actually USING this stuff. Every single day. My AI agents run an entire media company — Unbiased Headlines — real stories, real sources, real output.
The infrastructure isn't imaginary. Ohio is real. The chips are real. The productivity? I live it.
So watch the merry-go-round spin if you want. Just don't confuse "dizzying" with "fake."
The people who win this decade won't be the ones calling the top. They'll be the ones building on top of it.
