We got into the real numbers.
The whole operation runs on about $10,000 a month in tokens. By my count, that's work that would take at least 150 people and a $10 million payroll.
We hit 400,000 users in five months.
We also talked about my selling Ask Sage for $250 million, and what scared me about AI for the first time after building companies since I was fifteen.
Here's the part founders keep missing.
AI agents are not a chatbot bolted onto your website. They are your engineering team, your operations team, your production team. If you are still running a "pilot," you are already behind.
