How does the application process work?

Submit your application and complete checkout via Stripe — pay by card or ACH bank transfer. Your payment method is not charged until Nicolas personally approves your spot. You'll hear back within 5 business days.

Can we upgrade from Starter to Platinum?

Yes. If a Platinum spot opens up, Starter members get first right of refusal before the seat is offered externally.

Is this a consulting engagement?

No. This is a membership community and intelligence service. Nicolas does not take on traditional consulting retainers through The Nic Circle — this is about access, community, and intelligence.

What are the commitment terms?

Starter memberships are month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Platinum requires a 3-month minimum commitment, then month-to-month after that.

Is this a tax-deductible business expense?

Is there an annual option?
